Dr. Svastits was first introduced to Chiropractic when he was 19 years old. He was a track and field athlete as a shot putter and hammer thrower at Cal State Long Beach. He was a 1984 Olympic hopeful. Unfortutely, he suffered a serious weight lifting injury that ceased any opportunity for the Olympics. Low back surgery was inevitable. After the surgery, conventiol rehab was unsuccessful. Family and friends suggested a Chiropractor to help him function normally again. At that time, he was referred to Dr. Isador Iden, a practicing Chiropractor and an adjunct professor at Cleveland Chiropractic College. He was amazed at the positive changes made to his spine and how it allowed him to function normally in his day-to-day activities again. He continued to see other Chiropractors throughout the years for spil care and pain relief. Years of pain-free results without medications inspired him to become a Chiropractor. He currently has a 1400 square foot office in Baldwin Park, fully furnished with rehab equipment necessary for all work, auto and sports injury rehabilitation. The office has the latest physiotherapy equipment to enhance the healing process and make your visit as comfortable as possible.
